The prize includes airfare, hotel accommodations, and match tickets. Additional meals, beverages, transportation, and incidental expenses are not included.
Challenge Timeline
All qualification requirements must be fully completed before the deadline.
What Counts As A Qualified Attraction
To be counted toward an attracting agent’s total, the attracted agent must meet all of the following criteria:
An agent will only count once they are fully onboarded and marked Active in ROA’s system.
Verbal commitments, pending transfers, incomplete onboarding steps, or future-dated status changes do not qualify.
How The Winner Is Determined
The winner will be the agent who attracts the highest number of qualified agents during the challenge period.
Only agents who meet the full Qualified Attraction criteria above will count toward totals.
Leadership records will serve as the official source of verification.
Tie-Breaker Policy
If two or more agents attract the same number of agents by June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT, the winner will be determined by the following:
Tie-Breaker Rule: First To The Highest Number
The agent who reached their final qualifying total first will be declared the winner.
Determination will be based on official onboarding timestamp records showing when each qualifying agent completed onboarding and achieved Active status.
Verbal commitments or incomplete onboarding documentation will not be considered.
Leadership’s records will be final.
Verification And Oversight
ROA reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to review and validate all qualifying attractions.
ROA may disqualify any participant for conduct inconsistent with ROA’s values, the intent of the challenge, or the integrity of the program.
All decisions regarding eligibility, qualification, and winner determination are final.
